2 Daily exercise

4 Eating habits

●Aapko sone ke 2 ghante phele khanna kha lena hai. khanna pachne mai 2 ghante k time lagta eshe mai humari neend disturb hoti isliye 2 ghante pehle khanna kha le.

●Sham ke 6 baje ke bd coffee na piye isme caffein hota jo aapki neend ko distrub karta
hai.

●Sone ke pehle jada liquid ya pani na piye isse aapko toilet ayegi jisse aapki neend bhi distrub hogi.


5 Bed room

 ● Bed room mai aane se pehle apne saare kaam nipta ke aaye bedroom sirf aram or sone k liye hota hai.
● Sone k time bed room ki light off rake ya dim  rakhe isse aapko acchi neend aayegi.
● Sone k liye shant environment hona chahiye jisse aapki neend disturb na ho.
●Sone k sahi temperature hota hai 17 se 24 degree sone se pehle aap ek deep bath le sakte ya par hath dhoo sakte isse aapko bhut acchi neend ayegi.

6 Sleeping Tips

●Agar aap unme se hai jinko bed m jaane se dimak mein bhut se thoughts ate rehte hai tho aap sone se pehle thora mediation kar sakte isse aapko kafi aram milega.

●Aap aapne palke(eyebrow)  ko jor jor se jhapkiye isse aapki palke bari ho jayegi or aapko acchi neend aa jayegi.

●Aap raat m slow music sunn sakte ya dim light m book reading kar sakte isse aapki stress kam ho jayegi or aapko acchi neend aayegi lekin hai jada loud ya excited music ya book nahi padhne hai.
